What Changed
Effective February 1, 2026, the Vietnamese e-visa will allow multiple entries over a 90-day period, making it much easier for travelers to explore the country extensively or combine visits to neighboring nations.
Newly Eligible Countries
The expanded list now includes citizens from South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and several Eastern European nations that previously required embassy visas.

Applications remain available through the official Vietnamese immigration portal. Processing time averages 3 business days, and the fee remains at $25 USD.
